Dawn Pudlin
Owner
Dawn Pudlin has built her life around family, community, and service. She married the love of her life over 30 years ago, and together they have raised four beautiful children and now cherish five gorgeous grandchildren, each of whom brings their own unique joy and energy into her life. Their home is always full of life—especially with their beloved pup, Charlotte, who may be the size of a pony but is convinced she only weighs five pounds!
Dawn’s passion for helping others began at just 18 years old, working with seniors and supporting families as they navigate the aging process. Over the years, she has developed a deep understanding of the challenges and emotions that come with caring for loved ones, offering not only practical support but also compassion and reassurance. That dedication has remained a constant throughout her life and career, shaping the way she approaches every relationship and opportunity to serve.
Twenty years ago, Dawn and her husband Mike relocated from New York and quickly fell in love with their new community, embracing both its charm and its strong sense of connection. Since then, they’ve made it their mission to give back and continue serving the people around them, building meaningful relationships and becoming active participants in the lives of those they meet along the way.
Through their work with Maid Brigade, Dawn and Mike are committed to helping families reclaim valuable time—so they can focus on what truly matters: being together.
They understand firsthand how busy life can become and strive to ease that burden for others. For Dawn, everything begins and ends with family, and she believes there is no greater service than giving others more time to spend with the ones they love, creating memories that will last a lifetime.
Mike Pudlin Sr.
Owner
Mike Pudlin Sr. has always been driven by family, purpose, and a strong work ethic. He met his wife, Dawn, at just 16 years old and knew right away she was “the one.” Together, they built a life centered around love, family, and dedication—raising four children and now enjoying time with their growing family, including five grandchildren.
Mike spent much of his early career in telecommunications, construction, and project management while living in Staten Island, New York, the place he proudly called home for most of his life. Following the events of 9/11, Mike made the life-changing decision to relocate his family to Cape Coral, Florida, in search of a fresh start and new opportunities.
In Florida, Mike reinvented his career and found a deeper sense of purpose. For the past 12 years, he has worked in senior living, helping families navigate important stages of life with care and compassion.
Through his strong relationships with seniors and their families, Mike understands the unique needs that come with aging. He especially relates to families who may live out of town and want peace of mind knowing their loved ones are cared for. This perspective allows him to connect on a deeper level and provide services that truly make a difference.
Together with Dawn, Mike co-founded Maid Brigade with a simple but meaningful mission: to give families more time to be together. He understands firsthand how valuable family time is, and he is passionate about helping others focus on what matters most—creating memories with their loved ones, without the stress of household chores.
For Mike, everything comes back to family, and his work reflects that commitment every day.
Charlotte Pudlin
Dust Bunny Hunter
Meet Charlotte, Maid Brigade’s official “Dust Bunny Hunter” and full-time household supervisor. Born on December 22, 2025, this lovable Great Dane may be the size of a small pony—but in her mind, she’s a 5-pound lap dog!
Charlotte has never quite mastered the concept of personal space, but what she lacks in boundaries, she more than makes up for in love, kindness, and endless affection. Whether she’s leaning in for cuddles or keeping a watchful eye on the home, she takes her role very seriously.
As a proud member of the Pudlin family, Charlotte especially appreciates Maid Brigade’s commitment to using safe, pet-friendly cleaning solutions. She loves that her “den” stays fresh and clean without ever having to leave her favorite spots—or interrupt her busy schedule of napping and dust bunny patrol.
Charlotte truly believes a clean home is a happy home… and she’s always on duty to make sure no dust bunny goes unnoticed!

- Clean out fireplace (must be unused for minimum of 72 hours prior to cleaning)

- Move furniture to clean under & behind (weight permitting; items must have sliders to protect floors)
- Take down and wash light fixtures

- Remove books from bookshelves to clean
- Remove CDs or DVDs from storage shelves to clean
